Job Summary
To promote appropriate company products and services while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor when working with Medicare members to ensure customer satisfaction by identifying their health plan and prescription needs and addressing and / or solving concerns.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Ability to accurately complete applications and other required documents
- Ability to assist current members and prospects in person, over the phone, and through email to identify and resolve their needs
- Ability to execute member reviews for health, dental, vision and prescription coverage
- Ability to input member’s data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to use resources effectively to find information to complete work independently
- Ensure confidentiality and control access to sensitive information
- Record customer interaction and data by recording notes in a database system
