Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Provide first aid and emergency care as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and reduce challenging behaviors
- Assist with transportation needs, including driving residents to activities
- Provide senior care and support for elderly individuals, if applicable
- Offer direct support in daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols and individual care plans

Pay: $11.50 - $19.32 per hour
