Uncle Sharkii, a rapidly growing poke franchise, is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our corporate team. As the Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving customer growth through various social media channels. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Curate engaging social media content for Uncle Sharkii across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
• Coordinate and participate in local store-based photo shoots and influencer collaborations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for communications with the corporate team.
• Create and execute compelling content strategies to drive customer engagement and attract new audiences.
• Ensure consistent daily publishing of content, including feed posts, reels, TikTok videos, etc.
• Capture high-quality product photos and videos for use in various marketing materials.
• Publish and manage content on social media platforms and the company website.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and other social media interactions to foster a sense of community.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the social media strategy.
• Conceptualize, create, and post brand content across owned social channels.
• Develop original content and remix existing assets to maintain a fresh and exciting online presence.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to Uncle Sharkii locations.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in capturing and shooting video/photography on mobile phones.
• Familiarity with in-app tools to create original content (e.g., filters, sounds, visual effects).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Compensation:

• Contract pay on a weekly basis ranges from $300 - $400 for 16 hours per week.
• Bonus structure based on social media impressions and engagement metrics.
