Sierra Regency, A beautiful retirement living community in Roseville is currently hiring a part time Housekeeper.

Shift : Monday Thru Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

English and Spanish Preferred

Applicant must be able to pass a background check, health screening and drug test.

JOB SUMMARY:

Housekeeping staff is to keep the building’s interior clean and sanitary. This includes, but is not limited to cleaning the main entry way, common areas, hallways, and resident’s apartments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Vacuum, dust and spot clean all common areas, hallways and patios with special attention to the main entry area.
• Deep clean apartments and the rest of the community as needed.
• Follow proper methods while utilizing and storing approved chemicals.
• Maintain work area in a neat clean condition
• Report any unsafe hazardous condition to your Director immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Enjoy housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to adapt to changes productively and handle additional tasks/projects as assigned.
• Ability to speak, write and understand English.
• Ability to maintain confidentially of Residents and community information.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• 18 or older;
• High School graduate or equivalent GED;
• Experience of at least 1 year performing housekeeping duties is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
