*We're looking for motivated, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one senior home care. Our office is in Cameron Park, CA and we provide care to clients in their own homes throughout Placer, El Dorado, Amador and Sacramento counties.

Job Requirements.

• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the Department of Social Services (we can help you with this!).
• Demonstrate sympathetic attitude toward caring for others.
• Previous experience in private duty home care is a plus.
• Verifiable references
• A Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently orally and in writing in English.
• A valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of vehicle insurance
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• At least 18 years of age
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug, TB test, and background check.
• Must be able to lift t least 25lbs
• Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking. climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.

Schedule:

• 5- hour shift
• 8- hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road.

*HCA's currently registered in California will receive $100 after first week of shifts. Additional $150 after working 100 days or 100 hours whichever comes first. Maximum sign on bonus is $250. You must be in good standing with no current warnings or probations, must have completed Mentor Program and all required training, and have no unexcused late clock-ins or call-offs.
