Mon - Fri: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Sat: 9 AM - 1 PM

Sun: Closed

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass all pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR check.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
  • Advanced understanding and knowledge of repair processes/procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and provide personable, friendly customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activities, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers regarding repair timelines, cost estimates, and additional work requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, managers, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Clean, sand, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting.
  • Mix and apply paint coats, including basecoat and clearcoat, using spray equipment.
  • Conduct quality control on all projects and ensure a factory finish with each vehicle.
  • Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain painting equipment and ensure a clean work environment.
  • Follow safety protocols and comply with regulations for handling hazardous materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
