WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The incumbent will be joining our Supply Chain team to supports the organization by scheduling, organizing, monitoring and assisting the Traffic and Warehouse team. As well as optimization and the coordination of Inbound and Outbound traffic activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of aluminum scrap and recycled aluminum finished products.

• Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others as a team.
• Intermediate-level or higher Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and organize traffic and warehouse activities.
• Assist with inbound and outbound trailer scaling and documentation.
• Create invoices for outbound materials.
• Help monitor and maintain inventory levels.
• Coordinate truck and trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Assist with brokers and carriers' communications to optimize freight movement.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• 2 years in customer service and Logistic roles.
• Experience with Syspro or similar ERP tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (preferred).
