We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and estimating, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project milestones.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee project budgets and financials, monitoring costs and identifying areas for cost savings.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and senior management.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management and estimating in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and project management tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Competitive wage ranging from $18 to $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
