Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the planning and implementation of the contracted scope of work for all assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain Submittal Logs, RFI Logs & Change Order Logs for each project.
• Generate the Submittal packages including material samples, manufacturer cut sheets and scope clarification for each project.
• Assist Project Manager by tracking & managing the shop drawings process for interior design and architect of records review.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the architectural millwork and interior glazing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
