Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the company's financial strategies to align with overall business goals. Ensure compliance with debt covenants and monitor debt levels.
• Manages all routine financial operations, including data entry and record-keeping, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
• Oversee the preparation and approval of financial reporting materials and ensure all financial records and reports are accurate and reliable.
• Act as the primary liaison with external CPA firms in both the US and China.
• Prepare company budgets and forecasts, participate in transfer pricing engagements, and undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required; Master's Degree and/or CPA is desired.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in accounting. High Level of Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in a managerial role with reports.
• They must be extremely experienced, be fluent in English and Chinese, and understand both the US and Chinese GAAP.
• Proficient in utilizing accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
