Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining a clean environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and buffing
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel

Experience:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and equipment
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining facilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
