As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team and contribute to our growth.

Position Overview

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals. You will assist in various aspects of the sales process while ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and will report into the National Sales Manager. You will work cross functionally with other teams such as Customer Service, Product Development, Marketing, and Sourcing.

What you'll do:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, assisting with new product submissions, and organizing sales-related documents.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and line sheets for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including updating customer databases and pulling monthly sales reports.
• Support in executing account strategies to grow sales of existing accounts.
• Assist with identifying and onboarding of new key accounts.
• Manage merchandising updates to customers, including communicating updated imagery, discontinued products and price adjustments to customers.
• Support in managing customer promotions and review programs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attend trade shows

Who you are:

• You have a passion for relationships and sales.
• Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist others as needed.
• You are adaptable to help with additional responsibilities as needed.
