Job Description
EvolutionHR is currently hiring for Insurance Claims Associates. This position is REMOTE.
Responsibilities of the Insurance Claims Associates :
- Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all claims regarding Workers Comp & / Or Property and Casualty.
- Properly document ALL interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints with ticketing systems.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and providers at all times
- Work collectively with all staff to promote a positive work environment
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma required Associates OR Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in claims OR Insurance / Medical claims handling preferred.
- Knowledge of WC and medical billing and terminology preferred
- Strong computer skills and the ability to work within a Windows operating system required
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess public communication skills that project a professional representation of the Company to a variety of business, government and community clients and associates
- Nicotine free facility
- Must pass drug screen and background requirements
Compensation and benefits of the Insurance Claims Associate
- Hourly Rate : $17.00 / Hour
