We're looking for an experienced Handy Man to help keep our facilities in tip-top shape. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with a background in home improvement to use their skillsets to keep our facilities free of clutter and in working order.

Responsibilities:

• Adjusts doors and windows to fit frames to specified dimensions.
• Builds and repairs metal structures, including girders, joists, trusses, and metal stairs.
• Builds and repairs wooden structures, including steps and staircases; fixes boards in place.
• Repairs cost of materials used based on contracted price.
• Clean up work site or area after job is complete; removes nails, screws, etc.
• Dispose of old or unused materials; haul off trash if needed.
• Carpentry and power tool efficient
