Location: Rockwall, TX, 75032
Skills: Painter I
The Painter I will be responsible for painting various metal panels. The Painter I will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all painting projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using spray equipment
- Ensure that all painting projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Work closely with other members of the maintenance team to coordinate painting projects
- Maintain painting equipment and supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Painter I
- Knowledge of different types of paint and finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
