Responsibilities
- Explain terms of contract
- Walk-through process of completing required forms
- Obtain required documents
- Follow ups with clients to see contracts through to conclusion
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year's experience in Sales / Customer Service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without getting bogged down.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently both over the phone and in writing.
- Ability to deal pleasantly with clients, while not getting ruffled
- Efficient time management skills to maximize the number of clients that can be assisted.
