Potomac Legal Group is seeking a an Associate Attorney for our North Bethesda, Maryland, office. Our firm is widely recognized for its successful client results.

This position is open to first year litigation associates or candidates with 1-3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently licensed (Active) in Maryland & Washington, D.C.
• Commitment to work in all phases of complex litigation.
• Ability to review and analyze complex agreements.
• Ability to prepare demands, motions and pleadings.
• Must be able to have client interaction.
• Must be able to appear in court.
• Must be willing to take and defend depositions.
• Must be willing to argue motions.
• Possess a demonstrated history of excellence in law school, clerkships or legal assisting positions, as well as a passion for serving clients.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, stellar organizational skills and the ability to communicate well.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
