Qualifications:

The Client Services Associate Representative will:

• Possess expertise in formulating and executing business- and relationship-building tactics, resulting in suitable patient referrals and admissions.
• Build relationships within community while promoting AHCS services.
• Have a high level of initiative, the capacity to arrange and prioritize tasks, and the ability to carry out duties with little oversight.
• Proficient in speaking and writing english, effective communication skills, and a working knowledge of fundamental medical vocabulary.
• Computer: The candidate should be proficient in using a variety of software applications, including Word, Excel, web search engines, CRM, and any other tools that the business may introduce.
• Exclusive applications will receive training, but the role needs someone who can pick up new skills on their own when technology advances.

Senior/Home Health care experience is a big advantage, but marketing experience is a must.

Duties:

• Respond to all incoming inquiries in a timely manner.
• Attend community events, symposiums and expos to promote our services
• Create and cultivate connections in the community by reaching out to these sources to promote AHCS services, generate leads, and schedule marketing appointments. Metrics: To ensure the closing of 90% of the house evaluations.
• Be capable of marketing and assisting future clients with all necessary admissions documentation while explaining AHCS services and the benefits of home health care.
• Distribute pamphlets and other marketing materials during marketing visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, outpatient clinics, rehab centers, 55 housing areas, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
