Paradise Keys is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waitresses/Waiters. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a representative of Paradise Keys, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations as needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Order Management:

• You keep your tips!
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and manage the flow of service.

Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
• Assist with training new staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handlers upon hire, we will reimburse for cost if needed to achieve.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $2.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
