• Review Board to ensure all calls have been dispatched and ran. No calls are on hold.
• Verify all calls are closed out correctly. ETC…...
• Continuously monitor the dispatch board for technician time frames, schedules, technicians not dispatched, new calls being booked, overbooked technicians, priority calls are being ran first, and any potential issues that could come up as the day’s progresses.
• Continuously communicate with technicians, department managers, and customers of any concerns, issues or needs. ETC…… Multiple unclosed calls from one technician to many calls on top technician, in proper booked calls from csr, or No note or pictures.
• Notify Customers of their schedule every two hours
• Communicate with all departments regarding any issues with Jobs, Booking, Customers, or Technicians.
• Update the Technicians schedule monthly and daily.
• Reschedule customers if needed. Communicate with management before rescheduling.
• Monitor call needs for the day and the following days update dispatch board and proper departments.
• Notify the Install coordinator of any sold estimate for installation department. Dispatch handles sold estimates for service technicians to install themselves.
• Monitor technician’s chats and facilitate technicians needs that are your responsibility. Guide technicians to department heads for questions that are not your responsibility. Always reply to technicians in a timely manner. Let them know you received the chat and where they are in the process.
• Ensure all customers are serviced by the proper technicians and all their needs are communicated to the technicians and department manager.
