R.A.D. Sports is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team.

About R.A.D Sports:

R.A.D. Sports is an award-winning General Contractor specializing in the construction of athletic and recreational facilities. Since 1994, we have built thousands of synthetic turf fields, natural turf fields, tracks, tennis courts and parks.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves the thrill of construction, can easily pivot between projects and thrives under pressure. An experienced individual who will enjoy using their skills to help facilitate the construction of vital outdoor community spaces with projects ranging in value from $1-30M. If you are an ambitious, determined person who cares about a job well done we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Contract administration.
  • Responsible for project cost estimating, accounting and budgeting.
  • Develop and manage project schedule.
  • Daily coordination with project Site Superintendent.
  • Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management.
  • Attend weekly meetings with leadership and operations team.
  • Delegate tasks to Assistant Project Managers.
  • Travel locally as needed.

Software:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
  • Knowledge of Blue Beam is a plus
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor is a plus
  • Knowledge of Bid2Win is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience working in the construction industry in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organization, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Experience with athletic facility construction and site work development is preferred.
