Position Overview:Cintas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at the Rockford facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while leading a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and enforce Cintas' safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor production processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance evaluation and planning purposes.
