Full benefit rate for Full-Time is ($30 3.60/hr bonus). (Sign-on Bonus not applicable to PRN or Weekend Warrior Program.) If part-time, you can elect to waive part-time PTO benefits for the $34 $3.60 bonus rate. Pay On Demand subject to terms and conditions.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Responsible for the delivery and management of patient care through the nursing process
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise CNAs and ensure shift is properly staffed
• Administer medications and maintain a current report of narcotics
• Monitor infection control and universal precaution practices

Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility preferred
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
• Exemplary critical thinking capability
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults
