Hiawatha HomeCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 care for a young man, located in Rochester, MN!
Requirements:
- Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
- No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate!
Position Summary:
- Provide 1:1 care for a young man in his home.
- Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available. Overnights only.
Pay:
- Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE)
Core Responsibilities:
- Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
- Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
- Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
- Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
- Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
- Provides advice & support to clients & their families.
