Rodney D. Anderson Law Offices, LLC, is an estate planning firm in Rochester, MN. We are looking for an attorney to practice in the areas of estate planning, as well as probate and trust administration.
Duties
- Meet with clients
- Draft probate and estate planning documents
- Appear in probate court
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
PREFERRED:
- 2 years of experience with probate and trust administration
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
