We are looking for a mixologist and barbacks in our new cocktail lounge, 1928, as well as our restaurant Bebap. Be a part of an establishment that cultivates growth, creativity and unique drinks. We are looking for someone friendly with knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong communication and customer service skills and be at least 21 years of age. Also, have the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Also, be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Note: Prior Mixology experience is highly preferred. Need to be able to make unique cocktails for our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and mixology principles
- Familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Hospitality mindset with a friendly and outgoing personality
