Who we need:
Windshield Camera Technicians are responsible for all types of Advanced Driver’s Assistance (ADAS) equipment across most vehicle makes and models. Attention to detail and quality of work are of the utmost importance since we will be dealing with life safety equipment. The technician will be responsible for procuring OEM repair procedures from company provided online sources and following them to accurately perform calibrations. Developing a working knowledge of vehicle electronic systems and diagnostic tools is a necessity in this role.Essential Functions:
o Perform vehicle pre and post calibration, paperwork, and inspections.o Utilize OEM diagnostic and calibration tools to precisely calibrate ADAS equipment.o Read and understand measurements in both standard and metric units.o Perform basic R/I procedures to access sensors and control modules.o Complete paperwork for calibration reporting that is given to the customer.o Comfortably explain procedures followed if asked.o Stay informed on evolving and emerging vehicle technology related to ADAS and its calibration.o Maintain calibration center environment to keep a safe and organized work space.o Responsible for driving customer or company vehicles for the purpose of delivery, testing or calibration.o Handle company owned tools and equipment in a responsible manner.o Adhere to all company and client rules in regards to safety and compliance.o Ability to report to management on performance or problems encountered.o Take pride in your work and care of our customer’s automobiles.o Bring a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and a drive to be a productive member of the team.Minimum Qualifications:o We need teammates that want to learn a trade and have a career.o Some experience or interest in working with hand power tools on cars or any type of construction is preferred.o Patience to learn and work through solving problems.o Valid driver’s license with a track record of safe driving.o Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs.o High School diploma or GED.What you’ll get:o Skillset and a career.o Competitive hourly pay.o Consistent Schedule.o Paid Training and Uniforms.o 401Ko Medical, Dental, Vision Insuranceo Paid time off
