Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. We are a small but growing practice. We are looking for someone who can preform routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, dentals ect..) The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and possess a deep understanding of veterinary practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Perform medical examinations on various animals to diagnose and treat illnesses
- Administer vaccinations and medications as needed
- Conduct surgeries when necessary
- Provide guidance on animal nutrition and preventive care
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' health
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

- Degree in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited institution
- State licensure to practice veterinary medicine
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, and animal husbandry
- Experience in animal care, including handling, restraint, and grooming
- Familiarity with kennel operations and equine care is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $725.00 per day

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
