Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

WE ARE

Renewal by Andersen, the replacement division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its growing team in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. The coordinator will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruiting and hiring process. This role will involve coordinating with hiring managers, conducting candidate screenings, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

YOUR ROLE

  • Assist with the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate in-person interviews, including preparing interview materials and providing timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain candidate database.
  • Handle records and paperwork.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and provide a positive candidate experience.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
