**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting, renovating, and maintaining various structures and surfaces. **Duties:** - Perform fixture installation, building, and renovation tasks - Work on masonry, stucco, and concrete finishing projects - Conduct industrial painting on diverse surfaces - Maintain and repair structures using appropriate techniques - Read and interpret schematics for painting and construction projects **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques - Experience with industrial painting methods - Knowledge of masonry, stucco, and hand tools for construction work - Ability to work on various surfaces and materials efficiently This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and enhance your skills in the construction and painting industry. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
