```Duties```
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet for hotel guests
- Ensure food items are fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Assist guests with any special dietary needs or requests
- Monitor and control inventory of breakfast items, notifying management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

```Experience```
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of meat cutting techniques is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in using knives and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience in catering or banquet service is beneficial
- Ability to bus tables and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for taking guest orders or inquiries is desirable
- Basic cash register skills for processing guest payments is a plus
- Excellent guest relations skills to address any concerns or issues promptly
