Brandon Animal Hospital is looking for a receptionist to join our team.
- Individuals must be motivated, independent, reliable, honest, trustworthy and learn quickly and have reliable transportation.
- Receptionist responsibilities include Providing Great Client Service, Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Maintaining Medical Records, Completing Payment Transactions, Maintaining Cleanliness of Lobby, etc.
Semi-flexible Schedule - this position will include shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shifts may extend beyond or be outside of regular office hours.
Position will be 20-30 hours weekly, depending on availability, for a part-time hire -or- 32-40 hours weekly for a full-time hire.
Veterinary Reception experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate.
