UNIS is Hiring a Forklift Driver Near Roanoke, TX
- Unis Fullfillment, one of the fastest growing third-Party logistics companies in the US, is currently seeking a full-time, bilingual Forklift Operator to join our Team in Roanoke, Texas
- Fill customer orders by operating a forklift in a fast-paced environment
- Operates equipment to move products in an efficient and safe manner.
- Performs all tasks within the standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
- Uses an RF scanner gun to determine the proper products to be received, moved, gathered, or distributed for completing customer orders.
- Assist Receiving Department with unloading new arrival merchandise from trucks when needed.
- Assist inventory and returns department with day-to-day operation
- Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
- Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
- Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.
- Willingness to perform any other assigned tasks
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift is required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
- Previous experience utilizing an RF Scanner required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be bilingual – able to speak and understand both English and Spanish
- Must consent to background and drug screening.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 60, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
- Must be able to work in an ambient warehouse environment
- Must adhere to the attendance policy and commits to follow the work schedule, including additional hours and/or days as needed
