UNIS Fulfillment, one of the fastest growing third-party logistics companies in the US, is currently seeking a full-time, bilingual Receiving Associate to join our team in Roanoke, Texas

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately receive all inbound shipment, noting any differences to the ASN or expected PO quantities, SKUs, lot, and condition.
• Inspecting returned items, keying suitable products back into the system for resale, and performing put away to ensure inventory is available for selection
• Operates forklift and other required equipment to move products in an efficient and safe manner.
• Performs all tasks within the standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
• Uses an RF scanner gun to determine the proper products to be processed, moved, gathered, or distributed for completing customer orders.
• Assist shipping Department with loading merchandise into containers when needed.
• Assist inventory with day-to-day operation
• Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
• Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
• Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience operating a forklift is required. Candidates with experience operating a reach truck preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse environment required.
• Previous experience utilizing an RF Scanner and required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be bilingual – able to speak and understand both English and Spanish
• Must consent to background and drug screening.
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 60, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
• Must be comfortable standing up for the entire shift
• Must be able to work in an ambient warehouse environment
• Must adhere to the attendance policy and commits to follow the work schedule, including additional hours and/or days as needed
