Then our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is for YOU!!!! Become a Full-Time RBT with Affinity Autism Services! Gain a rewarding work experience by helping individuals on the Autism Spectrum overcome obstacles and gain new abilities by teaching them life skills.

As an RBT, you will get to have fun, explore your creativity, and let your personality shine while providing individualized 1:1 ABA therapy. We support clients in both in-home and clinic-based settings. No worries: we pay drive time and mileage!

Shifts (NO WEEKENDS or major holidays!)
FT Monday-Friday 8:45 am - 6:00 pm = 30-40 hours per week

This position will require an applicant to obtain an RBT certification, which requires a 50-60 hour course followed by an examination. We walk new hires through the process to become an RBT. We provide all the support and training you will need to thrive in a fast-paced and technical learning environment.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to multiple worksites
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to stand, kneel, hold; ability to lift/carry at least 50 lbs. from the ground
• Must be comfortable with helping clients with toileting (changing of diapers or briefs)
• Computer skills sufficient to collect and enter data and session notes on client behavior during each shift
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team collaboration
• Experience working with children; experience with children on the Autism Spectrum or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
• Experience as a RBT highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
