Golden Touch ABA is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Near Riverton, UT

DescriptionGolden Touch ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, or other special needs.
Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress towards goals
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and progress

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is preferred
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
