Immediate opening for Licensed Business Insurance Customer Service Representative in our busy Riverside office. We are one of the Premier Farmers Insurance Agencies in the country and are looking to train the right individual to fit our company.

This is a full time position, with a comprehensive benefit offering. Our Business Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and assist account manager & producers with clerical duties.

As a large number of our clients are Spanish speaking- Bilingual / Biliterate is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Process and send out Certificates of Insurance & Evidence of Insurance in accordance with established agency protocols
• Process customer policy endorsements / change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers.
• Document each customer interaction
• Take premium payments from customers & assist with billing related matters
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer and updateinformation.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Share training, education, and knowledge / expertise with team members.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospecting and generatenew businessthrough leads & referral sources.
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Provideexceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Obtain prospects' information and key into management system.
• Presentand explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirement

• A property & casualty license
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
