A BRIEF SUMMARY OF OUR SERVICES
ARIL serves individuals with developmental disabilities. The population we serve lives in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties and are at least 18 years old. This includes individuals of all types of ethnicities, languages, and genders. ARIL DSPs are not caregivers, they are daily living skills coaches and teachers.

- Creative problem-solving abilities, and good judgment skills
Essential Job Functions: Direct Support Professionals support and/or guide adults with developmental disabilities to attain and/or maintain independent living skills.
DSP's work in natural environments like the person served home and community:
- Assisting them in learning daily life skills
- Serve as a facilitator during various appointments/teaching them to advocate for themselves
- Promoting independence, teaching and assisting with completing personal documents, and researching resources.
- DSP must serve as a role model and mentor, assist with accomplishing goals
- DSP must exhibit the ability to redirect behaviors as needed
Paid vacation, mileage reimbursement, 401K, paid sick time, and opportunity for professional growth.

Job Type: Part-time // Full-time potential
Location: Riverside
Pay: Base rate $18-$19 (Pay rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with Email, and Google Workspace
- Capable of working with adults with developmental disabilities
- Criminal background clearance (FBI/DOJ)/Pass a drug test, and provide a clear TB test upon hiring
- Valid Driver's License and car insurance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Caregiving experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications (must be completed 2 weeks from hired date)
