Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a secure and safe environment
- Prevent unauthorized access and protect against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
- Check in customers/visitors in the computer, monitor surveillance cameras, and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
- Respond to emergencies, such as medical incidents or fire alarms, and take appropriate action
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security regulations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Possession of a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures
- Understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols
