Job Description

Position requires the ability to work hands-on daily completing remodeling projects. Candidate must also plan and prioritize tasks for projects. Good problem-solving skills are a must. A technician must also have good interpersonal skills, as they are responsible for maintaining and developing long-lasting working relationships with our clients and maintaining good working relationships with co-workers.

Technician responsibilities include:

· Work hands-on on a daily basis completing various remodeling and home repair projects.

· Oversee daily project tasks and provide updates on project status and progress to Project Manager on a daily basis and update company software with notes and pictures.

· Ensure projects are completed on-time, to the highest quality standards, as well as to the complete satisfaction of both client and Project Manager.

· Communicate clearly and effectively with Project Manager and clients.

Construction experience should include but is not necessarily limited to: (Experience in all areas is not required but is a plus)

· Bathroom & Kitchen remodeling

· Trim & custom carpentry

· Drywall repair, installation & finishing

· Painting (interior & exterior)

· Tile Installation (floor, wall, shower, backsplash)

· Framing (interior wall & decks)

· Door & window replacement

· Minor plumbing & electrical

· Hardwood & laminate flooring installation

· Cabinetry installation

· General home repairs

· Must be able to pass a background check
