Responsibilities

Requirements :

• Report to client facility each morning.
• You will be provided with machine keys and a list of locations / machines where installations will be done.
• Installing a wireless payment system into existing vending machines.
• Record-keeping the serial number of each payment device or kiosk after installation.
• Inventory the micro market after completed replacement or installation.
• Train customer as necessary on kiosk solution.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• 95% Travel required.

In addition to fieldwork, this role may involve providing support remotely during non-field hours. Technicians may be required to assist in the support department, addressing customer inquiries, providing remote troubleshooting, and contributing to overall team success.
