Position: Millwork Finisher
Location: River Falls, WI, 54022
Job Description:
O'Keefe Millwork is seeking a Millwork Finisher to add to our growing team. In this position you will prepare items for painting and staining and will be responsible for spraying various custom stains and finishes in a spray booth. Job Responsibilities:
- Prepares product for finishing by sanding surfaces and quality checking for cracks or holes.
- Apply a variety of finishes to achieve high-end finished products.
- Sprays stain, finish and mixes custom color.
- Handles multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and urgency
- Perform touch up repairs as necessary.
Requirements:
- 2 years of related experience
- Experience with sanding and painting using lacquer, urethane, and polyester finishes.
- Experience painting in a spray booth
- Ability to mix stains, dyes and pigments to create custom colors.
- Ability to color match
- Self-motivated, and demonstrates an ability to meet deadlines and perform work with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of measuring and calculating dimensions of a project using a tape measure and calculator
