Position Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Team Lead with a preferred background in manufacturing and distribution. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver who can oversee the day-to-day operations of both our production line and order fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mange the daily manufacturing, order fulfillment processes and team, ensuring high-quality product output, efficiency and accurate fulfillment.
- Train new employees and aid in the hiring and evaluation processes.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with management and/or suppliers to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials.
- Aid in the development of, and oversee the execution of quality control measures to maintain product standards.
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure preventative maintenance is completed.
- Troubleshoot daily challenges as the arise, escalating as needed (ie staffing changes, equipment issues).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Previous supervisory experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Previous experience in both manufacturing and order fulfillment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous forklift experience.
