This position is in Cargill’s animal nutrition and health business, where we improve animal lives through better nutrition. Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.
Job Purpose and Impact
The Customer Service Support will execute production processes within a work area, operational department or technical domain. In this role, you will follow guidelines and specifications to ensure delivery of high quality data and will also be responsible for supporting lab database procedures such as data entry, basic quality control, and sample management.
Key Accountabilities

• Actively take part and work towards the construction of a safety culture that reduces and eliminates risk.
• Compile and report accurate data, observations or deviations and production quality measurement on time and in accordance to scope.
• Give continuous evaluation and improvement of production process, daily routines and procedures.
• Operate processes to ensure that the production outcome, quality, quantity and timing fulfill customer specifications and requirements efficiency.
• Align with corporate policies and procedures related to environment, health and safety and food or product safety, quality and regulatory.
• Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

• High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Control
• Basic animal nutrition knowledge
