Wild Roots Early Learning Center LLC is Hiring a Child Care Worker Near River, MN

We are hiring for the following positions:

- Substitute Teacher: Must be flexible and available to work as needed year-round. Hours may fluctuate week to week. May work in any room needed.

- Lead Teacher (Float): Willing to work with all ages. This teacher will fill in on other teachers‘ days off. 2-4 days a week; 10-hour shifts. Must be lead teacher qualified.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their development.

Duties:

- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate them
- Provide basic care such as feeding, changing diapers, and supervising playtime
- Monitor children's behavior and health for any signs of concern
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with children in roles such as nannying, daycare, or childcare
- Knowledge of childhood development and early childhood education principles
- Ability to provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and young children
- Strong communication skills to interact with both children and parents effectively
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not required
