Responsibilities:

• Photography: Take high-quality pictures of vacant apartments for marketing purposes.
• Apartment Showings: Conduct tours of vacant apartments to potential tenants, including evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed.
• Social Media Marketing: Post and manage listings of available apartments on various social media platforms.
• Lease Agreements: Handle tenancy and lease agreements, ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
• Administrative Tasks: Utilize Excel and Word for various administrative tasks related to property management.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and must be able to speak either Portuguese or Spanish.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability: Flexible hours with availability for evening and weekend showings.
• Experience: Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus but not required.
