Graphic Designer
Full Time Graphic Designer with web based knowledge. The qualified candidate must have proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, (including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop). For web base knowledge, we require experience in HTML, XMLSpy, Notepad and some JavaScript. The individual must also be proficient with Microsoft Office products and have experience in creating, designing, formatting, editing, and maintaining a variety of print and digital media. The candidate's combined qualities will be instructed in the direct training into proprietary software.
Web-SEO
- Plan and develop a social media content calendar for relevant platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X as well as the website.
- Write multiple blog posts and daily social media posts weekly
- Serve as the voice of the organization in response to questions and comments online
- Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to optimize and test new initiatives
- Work jointly with the team to develop and amplify campaigns
- Produce videos, memes, and other social-first assets
- Cross-promote with other like-minded organizations
- Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience
Web Marketing
- Write high-quality, tailor made content for continuous improvement of the ManageEngine website - making use of SEO principles, and analyzing past data.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to acquire new customers. Analyze data for continuous improvement of email campaigns.
- Conceptualize effective advertisements with copies to create brand awareness, promote brand loyalty, acquire new leads, and educate potential customers.
- Ideate innovative marketing actions such as direct mailer campaigns, social media campaigns, and drip marketing initiatives and IA.
- Develop content for blogs, thought leadership articles, industry stories - and liaise with the PR team to get it published in the right mediums. Also develop creative infographics, webinars and creative videos.
