Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers as they enter the store.
• Accurately enter all types of customer transactions (sales, quotes, payments, special orders) using Hardman’s POS System.
• Assist customers by answering product and service questions, answering the phone, and completing all necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner using written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Assist with merchandising, cleaning, and stocking as requested.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to work a weekend rotation.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

• Ability to lift/move merchandise weighing 40 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, or squat to floor level on a repetitive basis.
• Stand or sit for long periods, up to four hours.
• Repetitive use of fingers – keyboarding and Point of Sale system.
• Looking at a computer monitor for long periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
