Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall functionality and appearance of our facilities. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work on various maintenance tasks.

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks including repairing and maintaining machinery, equipment, and building systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Fabricate parts when necessary to ensure equipment operates efficiently
- Welding tasks as needed for repairs and improvements
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies

Skills:

- Demonstrated leadership skills in coordinating maintenance activities
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to fabricate parts using various tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair machinery
- Proficiency in welding techniques for metalwork repairs
- Proficient in English for effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairs of logic controllers
