Join our team and embrace a multifaceted role operating within the framework of our Custodial Specialist. You'll thrive in the variety of tasks that may take you across various areas within our Centers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, contributing to the safety and well-being of our staff and children. Moreover, you'll have the chance to assist in other operational aspects such as maintenance and facility upkeep.

Your Mission:
As our Custodian, you'll excel in the following key areas:
Compliance Steward: Ensure adherence to all safety and sanitation protocols, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Guardian of Cleanliness: Diligently clean and disinfect all areas of the facility, from bathrooms to classrooms, to ensure optimal hygiene.
Maintenance Assistant: Assist in minor repairs and upkeep of the facility, contributing to its overall functionality and appearance.
Ordering Coordinator: Manage inventory and order custodial supplies as needed, following approval procedures.
Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to support the smooth operation of the center, lending a hand where needed.
Qualifications:
If you're ready to embark on this journey with us, here's what we're looking for:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Previous custodial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with custodial duties.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification desirable.
